General Need a mechanic

[1971 Luigi]

I have a 1971 Fiat 500 (650cc engine). I need to have my engine rebuilt and don't know where to go. I live in southern VA, and am able to trailer the car to someone that has experience with these cars.

I also have access to purchase an engine and am wondering how much expertise is needed or if any mechanic can install and mount? I am not a mechanic so I don't have much insight. I just love driving my car!
