About 20 minutes ago my UNO just felt like it was in 5th when I was in second and it just wasnt going anywhere, help????

There is just a ticking noise and loss of power, I do have quite a big hole in exhaust but I doubt that would make it how it is..

Failing map sensor is possible. Does it do it all the time, or go through stages? Is it better when you first start, then gets worse? Presume, some power is there or you couldn't drive it? Still need to know which actual engine- cc is fine if you don't know FIAT engines well enough to describe.

its a 1.0 999cc and it only started tonight, i went out fine and after about 10 minutes of driving it just wasnt the same.

Ticking noise might be arcing between terminals on the distributor cap. Have a look when the engine is running in the dark - if you see bright blue flashes, take the cap off and clean/dry it, replace if cracked and check the spark plug leads for holes or splits.

If the engine is running smoothly it's probably not this problem and more likely to be the MAP sensor as lewey suggests.

Sorry to ask my question in others thread. I also own a 1.0 i.e. Could you one please tell me where this MAP sensor located? In some articles it says this one located at exhaust. In my one I think only Lambda sensor is available. I'm also in a trouble of my SPI. Thats why asking.
Thanks
