Nasty.......are u gonna need a new rear wing for it? the damaged bit under the door is one connected to the rear wing - a huge panel that costs 1000+ for a new one, fitted [xx(]

Im left with a scrape/dint in my rear wing

i have been quoted 900 quid to get work done off benfield fiat. the only problem is that the lass that crashed in to me, is now clameing it was my fault. but i have 7 witnesses who say that she was turned in to me.

the funny thing is there was no marks on her car

when i smashed mine up, i hit a passat at around 50 mph and he was stand still i had new doors, front arch, bonnet, front bumper, back bumper and back arch.

all he had with his c reg passat was 2 long scratches down his car, mine i couldnt open the doors.

dont give her any space to breath if shes claiming it was your fault and it isnt-i had a similar thing happen-nearly 3grands worth of damage yet she didnt have a scratch...and yes she got away with it by ignoring all dealings with solicitors and debt collectors...it is now a fault claim on my insurance B) so dont back down in the slightest!!
