they both suffer from a lack of performance, agility, style and build quality.

Impala gazelles have very good performance, style and agility. But sadly for said Impala their predators being big cats can perform better, and with even greater agility. :D

You probably wonder why a Ford Mustang doesn't go "Neigh!" when you touch it then

:p

Never touched one.

these days you see so many cars with air con, whats the point when i live in a country where you can use your air con for 3 days per year? heated seats are so much more useful and can be used for the whole of the 8 month british winter.

buy a volvo jug, or a saab if you like torque steering yourself into a ditch
both have super hot nuclear heaters and heated seats.

I've been in canada this year for 4-5weeks and whilst yes they DO drive bigger cars, common things are 2.0 civic's (auto, so burns the equiv of what our 2.2/2.5 manuals do, which is considere BIG in most people books), chevy 350c, chrysler intrepids,

and then theres the trucks/vans/pickups.

thats I think where the problem lies. for example...

in the UK, we have transit vans, usually a 1.9tdi, sometimes 2.4tdi, of around 80-110hp. and will probably muster 30mpg.

in the north american market (inc canada) they usually have dodge 'van's whcih the most popular engine is a 3.5 6cyl, also of about 80-110hp (remember their on 86octane fuel, and at ABSOLUTE BEST HOT SHT FUEL is 91octane
and they have the same load space as a std SWB transit.

then theres pickups, who's got the biggest? and the cheapest? pickups start at around 15,000$CAN (£7,500inc tax) which will probably be jap and around 2.5/3.0 v6 RWD.
biggest, pricest, maybe a dodge RAM 4500, 6.5 TWIN TURBO diesel (6pot I think) at around 33,000$CAN (£15,000 inc tax  ).

and the bigg artics, OMG, usually twice the engine size ours are, but same output, often petrol versions (petrols cheaper than diesel out of town), but bugger me they move, damn site quicker than a 3.0ford taurus (n)
