Tell me what you think guys!

Feedback would be great!
Still need to carpet a bit more on the perspex part covering the amps.

Cheers
Luke

The wiring needs hiding, hate installs that show the wires too much, looks half finished. Also matching subs would look better than 2 different ones.

The only MAJOR problem I can see is you are running 6x9's free air in the same space as sub-woofers so they are going to have no effect and blow soon.

Other than that it looks sweet, I love the perspex over the amps, gives you some boot space to use, just as long as the amps don't overheat, how are they vented?

Its nly a basic install... there is a piece of ply under the amps which they are screwed into... there is 3 blocks of wood just higher than the amps themselves and perspex is a piece of mdf with holes cut for the perspex... this is screwed onto the blocks of wood... so there are gaps around the sides of the board... but you cant see them took ages to get it right lol... Yeah thats the next part just finishing it off really those wires are going to get carpeted over or i might make something to hide them... the 6x9's i got a while back... i am debating taking the whole parcel shelf out but dont want anythng to be broken into lol... I cant really afford a new parcel shelf at the momemt tho... thankyou for your feedback it is appreciated.

its not the cheapest of options but black out the black 3 windows as dark as you can get them

its perfectly legal and no one can see in the back

thats what i do, but if he cant shell out £5 for a parcel shelf of a bit of mdf to make a new one then tints are going to be a bit out reach.

I didnt think they were only £5.00 in that case i will get one when i am home in 2 weeks... my windows are already tinted quite dark. just need to sort out the dust in the boot and wires now.,.., most of the wires are hidden under the ply.

Strategically placed wires FTW. I am planning to show some in my install but not sure how. Also im making some battery outputs in the boot for jump starting lol.

nya... Punto 2 actually has a good sized boot. Anything is possible, we managed to get 5.4 cubes out a corsa d lol. That was using 1" thick mdf too.

Believe it or not there are two amps in there, and no spare wheel bay to play with in the Corsa D lol.

Na it my next door neighbours. We built it last year. I think somebody on a VXR forum said you couldnt fit 2 decent sized 12s in a proper ported enclosure in the boot. He asked my opinion and told him we could do it out of 1" thick MDF if the subs sit 1" from the rear window.

I i did cheat a little and used a small digital amp only running 1000w RMS. Any more than that and you would get voltage drop without taking up much needed space in the boot for a battery. No voltage drop meant more power to the amp so higher output. We managed to get the front windscreen whippers to bounce about 20mm.

Its all been taken out now as he is selling it and setting me the challenge of fitting 2 8" DD's into a Nissan Navara

Where is revenge cruise? I doubt i will be going i still havnt sold my car and got the new one on the road yet

Still looks good! good job! i just need to tidy mine up!... i sure ytou will find a way of putting them in the nissan lol.. the revenge cruise starts off at thurruck services... then moving on somewhere but noone knows where yet prob to keep the police away!
