My bad day

tuesday- Went to get the tracking sorted on the car because of the lowered suspension. It was that bad, the wee machine thing went off the scale, anyway, took the car away and it was pulling to the left, so i took it back to the garage. Was in there from 10am till 2.30pm. :x :evil:
Got the car back and the bodywork was covered in oil and brake dust etc, so i went to tesco to give the car a quick jetwash. I managed to score the side of the car by using the nozzle too close, so i got a wee bit pissed off- Clouted the passenger side mirror with the brush thing and smashed it to pieces.(By accident)

However, the cars all fixed now, scratch has been taken out and freshly sprayed mirror, Only £30 to get sorted

lol, just a few wee niggly things to sort out on the car now but that can wait till its first service.

The amount of horror stories I've read of the 'conveniance' wash things at garages is unreal. Even bolted down and glued parts of cars have been ripped off with the drive through washes.

Good excuse to buy some Meguiars though :wink:

i never ever take my car through the automatic car wash, although i do sometimes give it a quick jet wash if i cant be bothered washing it. Usually i always hand wash it, but it was bloody freezing the other day and i just wanted it done. Wish i didnt now lol
