My 1997 Cinquecento Sporting

Hello all. Back on the fiat forum. I was here a few years ago when i had my ducato motorhome. Anyway thats long gone and i've just purchased my daughter who's 16 years old after xmas a car early.

I have bought her a 1997 cinquecento sporting in red. Excellent condition in and out loads of service history and invoices etc but............... the engine has overheated and making noises. I know im mad havent even heard it running but its my first ever project. Having it delivered to my drive tommorow morning on a trailer.

Plan is to clean it and wash it the best i can, then start on the engine.

Pictures to follow tommorow or sunday and i want to start a blog. Please be patient with all my questions

Well here she is. First one on the trailer leaving for her new destination

Second one washed looking georgous. Still need to hoover inside and do a deep clean but not enough time today.

Tried to start up earlier but battery reading only 7.3 volts :bang: Put battery booster on but now it just makes like a fuel pump noice and doesnt start.

Any ideas folks ?
