Multipla: need help to ID heater part (photo)

Hi there,
You guys are my last resort! Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

My Multipla 04 1.9 JLX diesel with climate control has a broken heater part, which I cannot identify, and I cannot find on all the normal spares sites.

My garage told me it would cost me £140 to fit a new one - said it was a heater resistor. Can't afford this on a car with a value of @ £1400! So I said I would try and find a used one.

Here are the photos, and on the part it says 'Valeo' 036936G. Also ELKAB2 and PA6-GP30.

Did you already have a look at ePER on top of this page for the correct partnumber?

Thanks for the welcome.
I did have a look at the parts but couldn't see anything helpful. :-(
I'll put a post in the Multipla area in the hope that someone recognises it!

It would help a lot if you could find the original Fiat partnumber on ePER, (or maybe ask your Fiatdealer).
A new part will be available on the internet somewhere at a decent price for sure!
