Technical Multipla Alarm

Hi All.
Ive searched the posts regarding alarm beeps but not been able to find a similar fault (feature?)
On locking my multipla 2001 1.9 jtd everything locks ok, but about ten seconds later I get one beep????
I know if a door/bonnet etc is open that i get two beeps and it unlocks, but everything is locked ok but then i get this one random beep as i walk away?
any idears please?

I get the single long beep after locking if a door isn't closed properly, tailgate and bonnet also have sensors.
I've had this problem and put it down to the door handles being a bit stiff and preventing the sensor closing properly, bit of light grease sorted this out.
Also been caught out by the kids releasing the bonnet!
