General Multifunction display

Hi, I have a 2017 Ducato. Recently had to change the battery, so obviously the power was off to the vehicle. Connected the battery, everything worked except the multifunctional display has lost a lot of the menu options. I can no longer set the year, month, date, time, the option to lock the doors when you set off or the option to turn off the airbag. I've tried the mode button, then up or down, i've tried the mode button, then the trip button, and all the other menu options are there (such as beep volume etc) but not the ones I need??? Has anyone any ideas?
