You certainly have the facility to activate/test it via Multi ecu scan!

I will try to give full feedback later. I had to admit defeat but will try to inform exactly what has been done to get the car roadworthy. I am away on holiday until the 29, so will post as soon as I can when I return. Thanks to all that gave suggestions .
