MOT tomorrow. Top tips?

First Bravo MOT tomorrow. It is a '98 1.6 and while it is the newest car I've had I'm still dead nervous. What sort of things would help it slip through a little easier?

Top tip seems to be to run an injector cleaner (a good one, Forte?)through it, as most on here seem to have failed on the emissions until they did that.

Give a good impression and make sure your car's squeaky clean inside and out, also, make sure that it's had a good thrash just before it goes in - that way the cat will be very hot and working to it's full potential.

Don't forget the reason behing an MoT cert though - yours and others saftey.

sorry to just tag on the end of this MOT thing, but i have a queston about my car.

it got an MOt due then end of this mounth. am i right in thinking that they wont pass it if my rear wiper is still not fixed?

i remember reading sumwhere that if its there, it has to be working. is this correct?

remove the wiper and motor and you should be ok

I just had mine MOT'D two weeks ago and the rear Wiper had NO blade in it whatsoever.

I got it done from the Garage I bought the Car, when I took it back a few days later and pointed it out they said it was'nt part of the MOT but put a blade in for me anyway, so according to them it IS'NT part of the MOT.

I asked my mechanic if my intermitant working wiper (rear) would affect the MOT. No was the answer
