General MK1 UNO Blower

I was driving home from work Last Monday and got a burning smell. I pulled over and checked under the bonnet but everything was fine. I continued on but the burning smell returned. When I got home I checked the whole car but couldn't find out where it was coming from. The next day the interior blower wasn't working. The fuse is fine so I came to the conclusion that the fan must have burned out. MK1 UNO parts are not an easy thing to get in Ireland anymore (impossible really) so I priced a new blower from the main dealer, 160 euro!!!. Does anyone know of a fiat specialist parts place that I could price for a new blower.

There must be some uno boys on here that have a spare MK1 blower

Try on TURBO COLLECTIVE (type in google) aswell

Not many MK1 bits about i think

Thanks, I will try TURBO COLLECTIVE. Hopefully there is someone out there that has a MK1 they are parting out. I don't know if it is the same blower that is used on the MK2's. It is probably something that doesn't go very often.
