I just bought a 1987 Panda 1000CL to use as a citycar.
I am missing the back seat support (click-release-mechanism-thingy) on the left side. Is there any place i can buy this? Or does anyone have a spare?

I live in Sweden.

Hi Rotski, I think its little dificult to find original- easy. Here is some DIY - solutions for support when back-seat support missing. Mostly done by- hobby tools and some peace of wood (you can use ebony, mahagony,,,,(y))

If you prefere to keep original - try with German friends - here :

They are closer to Sweden than I)

Its the thing you screw on to the side of the back support. With the lever you use to release the seat to put it down.

I have tought about some DIY solutions, and i think its gonna come to that.

Thanks for the replies.

CLXCraig is right, its that thing. Sorry for the confusion. I will work on a DIY solution, and see what i come up with.
It's mainly purpose is to get some sort of support build, so that the seat don't get bent when (if) someone sits in the back.
Not sure how important it is to get it so that the seat is fastened.

Bauhaus next!

Well (hell), than some bolt-cutting/scuffing have to be done. If you have rear seat lock, then you are happy - and only have to copy your right side bolt (custom designed by Fiat) with some- local metalworks.
One of our members is no happy and have to use (customize) some locks from some Eastern Europe old model, but you will see some ideas here:

Don't worry about all of that Rotski, I have one (y). I've fitted different rear seats to my 750L so have no use for mine. If you'd like it PM me and we'll arrange getting it to you. Cheers, Vernon.
