Hello everybody

There is one thing that has been bothering me since I bought my Punto, which is the front bumper that is not fully clicked in under the right headlight.

I tried loosening all the top T30 screws, pushing the bumper in and tightening them again, but without any effect. I don't seem to be able to get the bumper to click in again.

Does anyone know if removing the headlight would help or potentially make it even worse? Any other tricks to try and get it flush again?

I guess that at some point someone needed to do some work there, and didn't mount it perfectly again, but it's just my speculation.

Something tells me , you're gonna have to remove the bumper (at least this side of the car) to refit.
(because I'm guessing the headlights will have lower fixings that are only visible with bumper off)

Usually one or three screws around the lower wheel arch/liner (some under the front/undertray, and some along the front top (under the bonnet) ... then pull the bumper from top of wheelarch

Not as big a a job as you'd imagine usually with a front bumper.... just make sure it's clean before you start and you lay something on floor front so if you have to sit it on the tarmac it doesn't scratch it.
The first time you do it you think it's a huge task, but done once and you know where to pull and push.
