im looking at some wheels for my seicento, the wheels are 7x13" 4x98 ET0 or ET-7

does anyone know if these will fit?

Depends how much metal you have to play with, personally I wouldn't want to be machining them down any further than how the came out of the factory as they've probably been made that way for structural purposes. Would be gutting to spend a few hundred ££'s on some nice shiny wheels, then more getting them machined down for them to just turn to dust at the first sign of a bump in the road :(

I totally agree didn't sink in when he mentioned them brig brand new :p

Also KN Minataurs available new as well as the compomotive MLs which are available in fiat fitment
