Went to a Pistonheads meet today with a few people off the fccuk, some who are members of this forum too.

Was a good day out... here are some pics we took today

Well this is maverics car with the bonnet up.... car has the 2.4 coversion and 500bhp

See the water injection system in place of the airbox? Im thinkin of getting that done if i get more power through my system. Doesnt look much different apart from that really!!!

i took cinq for spin upto ponderosa, tried racing an impreza but that was never gonna happen, so i let him pass , i saw loads of cars in the car parks, but i just thought they was there for the snow and sledging

i saw a bluey/grey one coming from ruthin side and a yellow one with a very cool spoiler on. I seen a red one too ( h :chin: ), but it never clicked that there was a meet there today

Will that strut brace make much difference to the stiffness of the car? With so many bends in it i would have though the bar would be very prone to flexing..

Yes, the front end definitely feels more planted with it.

I saw a few chinqs buzzing around up and down that road but I dont think I saw you?!

LOL so all the TVRs and sports cars that were where i said the meet was didnt ring a bell that the meet was that day

i just thought the tvr's and sport car owners where just flash gits , but as they where all bunched together then i should of realised
