Hi,
As RallyCinq says, in his inimitable way, a red warning needs immediate attention. You need to get the fault codes read. Either by a dealer or DIY. If you DIY look at getting Multiecuscan www.multiecuscan.net and an ELM 327 to USB interface. If your van is a 230 model you will also need a 3 pin adaptor. Good news is you can look at the engine codes on a 230 or 244 with the unregistered version of MES. Needs a laptop running Windows XP or later an old one will do.
Suitable interface is
www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fiat-Alfa-Lancia-compatible-diagnostic-ELM-327-OBD2-interface-for-Multiecuscan/281166266540
Or
www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MODIFIED-ALFA-FIAT-DIAGNOSTIC-CABLE-MULTI-ECU-SCAN-ELM-OBD2-CAN-ECU-CAN/271552894602

3pin adaptor if needed

I've bought from both sellers make your own choice but avoid the cheap <310 interfaces, they have a design flaw and need a resistor removing to work properly.

Obvious first checks while waiting for code reader are oil level, fuses, battery connections and earth straps.
