Will this mean actually stocking volumes of parts that we know fail but have to be ordered causing long delays?

Some quality diagnostics for faults rather than "I cant hear / see any problem".... from the service guys.

Maildrops to Customers when there are software upgrades available.

A sensible price for Selenia oil, and servicing costs in general.

First service will over run a bit but hey ho what the hell..I found my panda was over due on its first service by 6 months when I bought it..got it done sharpish to keep me in line with the warranty conditions..not that the Panda ever breaks down..:slayer:
