I have a Fiat Ducatu 100 multi jet 2.2 diesel van, Could you please tell me if this van has a cam belt or a timing chain, and if either one of them need replacing and when, if it has a chain does it need any maintenance over a certain period of time, I have done around 68,000 miles .I’ve been to several garages and getting conflicting stories, some say cam belt some say timing chain. The ones that say Cambelt say it needs to be changed ASAP, the ones that say timing chain say don’t need to be changed at all it has a lifetime of the van
