right before i make my first bulk orduff people use most, as in what are peoples cleaning habbits, is it a quick sponge over with a bucket of soapy water or is it a full day of pollishing its tits off.

please let me know what stufff you like and what you dont, also what other brands do people use and how do they think they compare to megs?

thanks a bunch

lol well i can get the flanels etc its just hard choosing the right stuff to sell as i buy bulk to save money to offer better prices.

Try one, perfectly fine in my opinion. Zymol sell sponges and they're widely recognised as selling the best (most expensive) products in the world; that Paul Dalton bloke that charges lots of money for cleaning cars uses them I believe (Zymol Sponge) so they can't really be too bad.

whats rong with sponges like?

They can trap dirt betwen themselves and the bodywork, so when you move the sponge back and forth you cause millions of tiny swirl marks.

I always use a Meguiars lambswool wash mit (about £10 each) but there are synthetic alternatives that do a similar job and may be a bit cheaper.

I have heard of the Zymol sponges, and read that they are supposed to be very good and 'not like' your ordinary sponge - but Ive never tried one myself.

:)

right so defonatly no sponges then lol

how about pre wash stuff, wheel cleaner then, liquid wax, wax blocks, detailing clays, plastic polish, carnauba based waxes, what is peoples fraverites?

please if ya dont mind can you list youre top cleaning stuff, doesnt have to be meguiars too just what u like to use.

chears

i got 3 lumps of yellow clay for a tenner from clean your car
i cleaned car with just a was n wax
clayed it with megs detailer as a lube (pink stuff) you can dilute it 50/50
polished it with megs gold class free samples
washed it again because it got dusty :(
then megs nxt wax stuff
then auto glym extra gloss protection.

since then ive washed it with megs shampoo as i get free samples of that too.

i get most water off with hydro blade then let rest dry on its own, then clean off the water marks with detail spray, i got the gallon of megs detailer as it works out quite cheap

i use a sponge,

i wash with auto glym extra conditioning shampoo,
wax with either super resin polish or megs liquid wax
i've recently clayed with megs, looks great,
i often give it a once over with megs quick detailer, i use auto glym microfibre and quite often a megs one too, makes all the difference tbh
