Sure you can get a set if you really want to. They do make the UT look pretty fat. That's no bad thing. Heh heh.

If you're feeling flush, take a search for Image Wheels.
You can have some big wheels made up to suit 185 tyres so they won't rub. Could have 16s on the front, 17s on the rear, with big lips, that nestle under the arches... could work

They make em up, ya see..

...and speedlines remind me of Novas.

The only good nova is a stock standard 1.6 GTE, slammed to the floor, hammered, then disposed of... or something.

Same suspension setup as the Uno, though... would like to know how a well sorted one handles, especially against an Uno Turbo.

I'm a fan of Nova's, I would like one in the future, I'd love a black standard looking GSI with a C20 XE engine on throttle bodies.

I raced a rough looking 2.0 16v nova in my mk1 UT off a set of traffic lights and it was about even, lad said the engine wasnt running right and the conversion was a bodge job.

A well sorted Nova handles really well,

Seriously spec'd XE's they have done
There 2.0 engine is approaching 100fltb per litre!

But the 1600XE is the better engine

Anyway, im really tempted by some of whats on offer in germany, loads of choice for UTs!

I sold the wifes old nova gte 2 months ago, which we owned for 5 years, i advertised it on practical classics, and had loads of offers, in the end a lad flew from ireland to manchester airport where i picked him up and he drove it home he said they are very rare over there (county mayo) was a minter tho, 2 lady owners 86k never broke down, but i love the uno more just not the seats, (the nova had a far superior interior) emailed him he loves it
