MAXIECU SGW Bypass Cable Set

I see that MAXIECU now do an SGW Bypass cable set.

What is interesting about this cable set is that the cables interconnect with the SGW and the existing vehicle cables so that you still use the vehicles normal EOBD diagnostic socket. Basically fit once and forget.

NOTE! I've not used the maxiecu SGW bypass or any other make / method of SGW bypass so am posting for information only.

MAXIECU (which I do have) is an excellent Pro tool so I have no doubt that their SGW bypass will work.

Interesting, I use the MaxiEcu scan tool although unlikely to buy any vehicle new enough to need the SGW at my age and financial state.
So does it have to be permanently fitted to that vehicle and not swapped to which ever you are testing?
