General marea wont start

hi all my marea wont start battery is flat, but when i turn lights on there is a loud clicking coming from the glove box when i try to start it. it will run fine when it is jumped but wont restart could it be the battery

that clicking is just a relay, but it does hint that the battery is flat. try charging the battery overnight, or if the battery is more than 5 years old then defo replace it.
