Hi guys,

I'm gonna sound really stupid now but I went to Halfrauds and bought a mulitstalk adapter for my jvc head unit to work with my steering controls.

Haven't tried to fit it yet but just realised that I need a converter to change controls from Marea to Standard, then into the universal adapter (after asking the guy in the shop!)

My question is, after my long winded explanation, Does anyone have the connector i now need or is it worth taking adapter back to halfrauds and then ordering the complete unit off the net?

cheers guys

As our anonymous "friend" says, you need an Autoleads adapter. I have one for my Sony HU and my controls operate it perfectly. The one I have is a PC9-105. That's now been discontinued and they now do them in a slightly different way. You buy the main interface for your particular model and then the specific lead for your HU.

A JVC requires an Autoleads PC99-X28 Fiat Steering Remote Interface (Fiat Marea/Weekend March 1997 - Aug.2002) and then you buy the PC99-JVC lead to fit your JVC HU.

I found these for you...

Interface

&

JVC lead

About £28 + P+P for the both of them.

Hope that helps.
