Technical marea keys

I have just bought a Marea 115 elx weekend 1999 this car is fitted with a Hitachi ECU is there anybody out there with a set of keys and all locks, ECU,code box or knows of any way to get round this problem I am told by firms that re-code ECU's that Hitachi cannot be reset thanks Clive
