Ryan ,

cheers mate . ;)

To answer your questions
1

I have found them to be spot on mate ,
no lifting at speed , no noise , wipes the screen
properly , easy to fit and look good .:)

2

I have removed both resonator boxes and
air intake , have replaced the filter with a
K&N panel filter , and have put in a
direct air feed hose .:)

Regards Jay

Heard the same thing on the mondeo owners page about the breakages and a few have suffered from eventual rusting less than 12 months after purchase

It still hasnt detered me from buying any though (y)

i have a bravo boot lifter on my bonnet.
you only need one as they are very strong and they lift the bonnet higher than the INXX lifters. i found the INXX lifters very weak and they never fitted properly!!

see the odd thing is my INXX lifters (same as fitted to my mates bravo) lift the bonnet higher and hold it without any issues, takes a good tug to get it to come down, there is a small amount of rust around the clips but otherwise perfect (y)
