Technical Marea 20v Electrical Problems

Hello,
I wonder if anyone can help me with a few problems i have with my '98 marea hlx saloon?
Firstly, the pass/side headlight won't work (main beam, dip is fine), even though i have replaced all bulbs, cleaned earths and checked fuses by steering coloumn!:bang:

Also, the rev counter seems to work when it feels like it (tapping dash does nothing) and finally, the digital milometer works, but the trip just stays on 00.0

for the headlight problem, you'd need to double check for voltage at each side of the fuses first, using a multimeter or power probe.. if ok there, most likely a poor connection somewhere or in the loom. try measuring the voltage at the bulb with it disconnected, if voltage is present but drops when bulb is reconnected then you have a bad connection to trace back. for the cluster problem, it looks like it may have a corrupted memory with the erratic rev counter and trip meter not counting - an electronics problem but someone who "calibrates " dashes might be able to help if one can't be found at a scrappy..
