Thinking about jumping back on the Marea bandwagon after a few years off (Stilo...yuk, Saab 9000 fast but ropey, Saab 9-5....big and useless!) and I have my eye on a 20v 155.....I need it as a tow car for my single seater race car, but I also like a bit of extra grunt and would be looking at a remap/tuning if I buy it. What kind of extra power would I be looking at? How easy would it be to get to....say...175bhp???

Decent induction kit, Sports cat and well matched custom exhaust and remap should see 175 in the right condition.

Mines just has the induction kit, cat back exhaust and generic remap. Does feel quicker than it used to. no rolling road results though so noway to be sure.

i think 175 could be a little optimistic but open to seeing a RR result for that Stew :p

i would of thought 165 with breathing mods and then a remap on v-power should be achivable, N/A engines are a pain to get power increases from, Turbo is the way forward :D
