Manual gearbox oil

I have a problem with my manual gearbox!
Basically it's notchy.
Have told my garage to put oil in during that last two services, but they are crap and forget.

I know I can do it myself, with the expense of a hayes manual but hey, there must be someone out there who has already done it...

Can anyone tell me where the filler screw is located on a Bravo 1.6 100 SX ?
