Manual elearn downloads

Hi folks I just downloaded the 3 elearn files for Fiat Panda workshop manual
I unzipped the rar files but not sure how to progress from there to create a file to view the manual or to burn to disc?
Any help appreciated thanks

if its like the seicento manual on here... unzip the file to wherever you want it, double click the file and it should open in your internet browser.
