General Manual climate control stucked.

Hello guys.
I have this problem with my manual climate ccontrol button.I can turn it to the right side without problem but when I want to turn on the left side it stucked and I dont want to force it because it may broke.Because of this warm day I need to refil my air condition but there is no use since I can't turn button on the left side on cold air.
I see that there is 2 cables-one for cold/warm air and one for heating zones.
Can you tell me where maybe the problem is?

What are you talking about? "Manual" and then "zones" (plural) in one sentence?
Left side, right side... Problem is: you can't describe the problem.
Do you have manual AC or automatic? There are two types of AC (Air Conditioning)...

Both can be faulty (linkages/cables, flaps, motors inside the control panel - something is broken).

I have manual AC,like in the second picture.
I can only turn left side for AC control only to the middle and nothing more but right side is OK.
