Technical Major help required

1st of all let me intro myself , the Name is Lee i live in Dewsbury and i own a welding company .. now to why i came here

i bought the wife a 57 Doblo for the stable run , paid 2800 for it low miles 67000 had it 8 month .. in this time i have replaced the turbo and various other bits , im trying to remove the intake manifold 1.9 jtd 8v multijet 120hp 88kw

F(*$% me its difficult .. how is this done ! please help

If you don't mind me asking, why do you need to remove the intake manifold?

the amount of build up of **** in there is unreal .. the egr was unrecognizable
lack of power .. so full clean required

While there check htr plugs.

Think you might need the high pressure pump off to get manifold off. If so..... Think it's more a garage job unless your familiar with timing belt removal/fitting/timing etc.
You might be just as well to have a terraclean.
