Technical Main high beam not working on one side

My main high beam light (in front bumper) on the passenger side is not working.

Bulb is new, relay is good, fuses ok (checked with meter), stalk seems ok and instrument cluster displays blue main beam icon as it should.

When changing from dipped headlights to main beam, the daylight running light on the same side also goes out.

Driver side works perfectly. Any ideas?

Car is a 2010 Fiat 500 Pop.

Bad earth, would be my first guess.
Either remove the bumper or the wheel arch liner and inspect the plug on the rear of the cluster probably corroded or melted especially if the inner wing cover is missing.
