interesting thing today, aftr waiting for a new sensor to arrive and finding out it wasnt going to at all, ever,2, i contacted another supplier who required the number of of the meter itself. fair enough i thought and dutifuly went to the car and undid the jubilee clips, pulled the unit towards me to see the number, as i tried to read the number i noticed a small slit in the pipe going down to the turbo. on further inspection, between the ridges appeared a large split!! happy days! the pipe is only £25 as opposed to the sensor at £110. i believe this to be the problem now and not the sensor itself. it was not visible until the pipe was actually moved so if any of you have the same problem with bad performance and track it down to air flow then check this pipe before replacing the sensor, you might well find the same. it is a bugger to replace but hey! a lot of money saved.
