Technical Lowering springs

Hi ,i need to lower my 1987 1500 i have found these springs they are only for cars from 72-82 what is the difference to mine and would they fit.The distance from the top of the tyre to the wheel arch is 110mm.I am running 185 60 13 tyres on 5 inch wheels
