What should I be looking at to pay to get my car lowered?

I'll provide the springs. Reckon its a coupla hours work or less than that?

I'm too scared to play around with high pressured springs so figured I'd get someone else to do it :)

Yeah id say labour cost is however much beer u drink before u finish the job. So long as u got a decent tool kit its easy :D

All built by construction companies based in the North, with cheap as sh1te Northern labour ;)

We're too busy living the high life to build stuff. We just buy it and sell it to you lot at over inflated prices ;) ;)

J/K and can we get this back on topic ? ;)

Ash @ Andy: Cheers guys. I'll see what springs (if any) I get to go with the 17s and let you know.

Gonna see how the car sits and handles not lowered and will then suss out what springs from there.

go for the eibach springs. they are a bit more expensive but they are without a doubt best for balance between stiffnees and comfort

i agree with ash there, his car is ssoooooooo smooth in comparison to mine, yet doesnt wallow n dip like it does on standard kit, its almost like having a standard softness yet the bugger stays flat as soon as you lob it into a corner. mine stays flat all the time, yet shakes your bones to ensure you dont forget youve done it... worrying thing is i love the way my car feels :)

re

get a better anti roll bar too for nice flat cornering!

look for eibach one new, or look for a dedra turbo one for a 2nd hand upgrade!
