Technical loud noise in high gears at low(ish) revs

i have a GP 1.9 M-Jet and today i noticed this loud noise (sometimes it sounds like something grinding against something else) like it's coming from the engine in higher gears and it normally happens at low(ish) revs when I'm not accelerating a lot.

does anyone have any idea what this could be? :/

Gearbox bearings?

It sounds like the gearbox is on its last legs !!!! mine did the same. how many miles has it done ? when you pun your foot down on the throttle does the gearsick move more than it used to ? cost me £1110 to have mine rebuilt.
