General Looking to buy a Coupe

Cheers dudes, Im just waiting to sell my car now. I could sell it now for £8500 which is less than its worth IMO or wait another 2weeks and get closer to £11,000. Im starting to incline towards the 20VT but the insurance is £1400 apposed to around a £1000 with a 16VT. That one in yellow is stunning!. I just wish I have started my new job already and I would get a 3K Loan to buy it lol.

Sumplug yours is also very tempting as its got a new clutch :).

Anyone got any specialist companys for youngish drivers on high performance cars? (20yrs old, Decent post code, 0ncb Ive been a named driver since 17).

Chris before you start looking at buying a 20vt, you should really consider if you can afford one. I know loads of people that had to sell their coupe because they couldnt meet with the costs of maintaining one.

The only thing that is putting me off buying another one is how much they financially rape you. Plus if i wasnt relying on it to drive me 500 miles a week!

My 16VT was reliable with only wear and tear items needing to be replaced, such as brake pads a trackrod end, and tyres. A good 16VT will be a lot cheaper to run than a 20VT, arguably more reliable, and with a coupe of mods is just as fast as a 20VT. They are also cheaper to buy and insure.
The 20VT is a great car though if you can afford one..
