Hi everyone,
I own a Fiat Bravo (1.4 or 1.6 engine) and I’m currently looking for technical dimensions or a 3D CAD model of the timing belt cover with OEM part number 55218933.
I’m planning to 3D print a replacement, but I need at least:
  • Mounting hole positions and distances
  • Overall height and width
  • Curvature and depth of the outer shell
If anyone has:
  • A technical drawing or scanned PDF
  • A 3D file (STL, STEP, IGES, etc.)
  • Or even rough measurements from the actual part
…I would greatly appreciate your help!
Once I model it in CAD, I’ll happily share the final file with the community for free use.
Thanks a lot in advance! 🙏

Model

The car is 1.4
I think its unlikely anyone will be able to give you this information, but who knows?

A more reliable way of getting this information would be to buy a timing belt cover and measure it yourself.
I have the old one but one part is broken and missing. The material of the cover is very bad. And here in Greece it have 107 euro new. That's why i am searching for the measurements. Thanks anyway

I'd suggest that you make a best approximation to the part in CAD using your current cover, then cut, sand it down and drill holes to get the part into a good fit.
