Right, so I've brought some aftermarket alloy wheels and the locking wheel nut key off my standard locking bolts won't fit into the bolt hole as they are narrower than the OEM alloys.

The wheel brace won't even fit, I'm having to use a 17mm socket, extension bar and socket wrench to tighten the bolts and that only just fits.

So where can I get a set of locking wheel bolts to fit narrow wheel bolt holes? Any ideas?

(The monkeys at Halfords were as helpful as usual by the way)

I've checked and they suggest I use tuner bolts, the information I've been given is that I need:

Seating : 60° TAPER
Finish : ZINC
Thread Length : 30
Thread Type : M12x1.5

Is this correct for a grande punto? I know I need 60° taper for the wheels in question but is the length and thread pattern correct?

Hi, go to www.lockingwheelnutremoval.com they can fix it.
