Newish dealer, very poor customer service. Two and a half weeks to replace 4 injectors. Bad enough, but no phone calls.

Management spend their time in 'meetings'. 'Meeting' is a term to avoid speaking to customers it seems.

Went to collect car (only 120 miles) car not ready, but I can take it away. Apparently when the injectors are replaced the injector pipes have to be replaced also. They forgot to do the pipes, they hadn't even ordered them.

Half way home up the M74 it started to rain. Switched in wipers, wiper blade flew off, broken. Guess someone leant on the wipers while working in the engine bay and 'forgot' to tell anyone.

Managed to get to the hardsholder, put the passenger wiper on the drivers side, lifted the passenger arm off the screen and drove slowly to a Glasgow dealer for a new blade.

On getting back into the car I noticed a microblade fuse holder hanging down from the driver's side dash.

WTF were they doing under there. My guess is the ODB connector is there, but I guess whover dislodged the fuse hlder just tucked it up and 'forgot' to mention it.

Guess where I won't be buying my new Multi air?

Cheers

I was travelling south on the M74 on business when the engine started to knock, they were the nearest dealer.

To conclude, six weeks later I finally have the car back.

Apparently the technician who fitted the new injectors only removed three sealing washers not four, so when fitiing one of the injectors the new sealing washer was sitting on the old one, not sealing properly.

Car does run well again, in fact from distant memory seems to be running better than it has for a long time. I wonder how long the failed injector has been failing?

Now to send the expenses claim to Fiat.

Cheers
