Tuning limited slip diffs

thinking of getting a limited slip diff for my hgt but wont to know if they are worth getting changed and what are the benefits from it found a web site that sells limited slip diff www.bacciromano.com rd129 and rd189 and place that offers a part that does the same as a limited slip diff but only better and lasts longer www.quaife.co.uk let me know what you think.

What power are you running? Money can be spent on better things before an LSD IMO, for road use anyway.

standard at the moment but need clutch replace so while im down there upgrade any gearbox/engine parts now rather then later.when get as much power as possible hopefully in the future il be fitting a supercharger

A plate diff is very viscious for a road car. Can lead to horrendous torque steer.

An ATB from Quaife is more gentle, but doesn't lock if one wheel is off the ground.
