The headlamp bulb has three wires

Black/Blue
Black
Green

Can someone send me a pic of where they have each wire connected on the bulb. For the left and right?

I can't seem to get it right. It is currently in high beam, when normal headlights are on. And when I actually put high beams on..one head lamp goes out and the other dims.

Please help!

Some of those colours are different from mine although the black is likely to be the earth which may be secured to one of the studs for the front indicator on each side. I would start by removing and cleaning up all the earths and the bulb terminals and the spades in the bulb sockets.
The next connections up the system are where the wires coming down from the column stalks have bullet connectors into the wires to the lights. So the most likely fault is that the high/low beam terminals have been transposed and that the other connectors are also dirty and/or corroded.
The colours that connect don't always correspond.:bang:

Hi I have a 1972 500 L and the wiring colours don't match up with the Haynes book at the fuse box . Do Fiat not list the main colour first then the trace second . I also can't find a pink wire anywhere even allowing for fading .
