To be fair, I've posted within the Panda section soooo...unless you mean which Panda and if so, I apologise for the sarcasm!
Take a look in the owners handbook (page 156 in mine) and they are all listed there
DRLs are P21/5W ( like a brake and tail bulb) and numberplate a 5w festoon (although it doesn't say how long). How to access the DRLs is described three pages on, showing that you remove a panel in the wheel arch lining

are these pandas they same as 500's you cant put led's into them??
You can put LEDs in the DRLs, as I've done it and provided you get a dual brightness bulb (ie: that properly replaces the 21w/5w filament original), they will also dim when the headlights are switched on.
On my 4x4 the access for the DRLs is from the engine-bay, down low. A simple twist off cover and bulb mounting. I like the look and they are nicely bright and visible.

You can reach that way, but easier through the door provided in the wheel arch, opened by removing the screw (this also allows access to the fog light bulbs)...

Just be aware that it's illegal to replace exterior filament lamps with LEDs on road cars. Any exterior lamp must be "E" marked. You can't get "E" marked LED replacements.

Whilst that may be true to the letter of the law (and by the way it's illegal to download music.....), there's precious little chance of any problems with the law in terms of aftermarket LED bulb replacements. As far as the MoT is concerned, lighting needs to be both effective and non-dazzling, in which case it should be perfectly fine. Cheap aftermarket HIDs in headlamps no so designed is an entirely different matter however.
Which is slightly ironic as to sit behind a new Mercedes or Audi at night where the driver has his foot on the brake risks permanent retinal damage, so bright are these 'signature' tail lights these days. Nothing aftermarket comes anywhere near as bright.
