General Light Bezel Replacement

Hi all,
The chrome trim/bezel from the rear passenger side light has snapped off and the cheapest replacement I can find is c. £65 from Italy. Seems excessive. Does anyone know of a less expensive option?

Many seem to be missing on cars I see, I am missing a drivers side and £65 is about the going rate. Anyone know if you can remove and refit without taking the rear light off.

I've tried c. 20 scrappies & 3 said that these are usually the first things to go. Still haven't found a replacement yet.
