Technical leds on drl and upgraded xenons blinking

Hi, I have a question, I changed the daytime running light bulbs to led and now after closing the car they glow for another 15 minutes. The leds in place of the xenons blink softly. Where to add a capacitor or resistor to get rid of this problem? somewhere under the light switch?

Revert it back to original or you will get your DR revoked by the police
