LC Motors in Cwmbran are ace. Took my Grande Punto 1.9 MJet Sporting there for service and some warranty work too, all was done quickly, no fuss, everything was explained to me, the DET was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, seemed to know his Fiats, had the feeling that he enjoys working there, as all people I met there.
Previous franchises I used for service was Eric Ashmole in Swansea (very patchy service there, sometimes they were good, usually bad, never quite managed to get anything done first time round, anyway, they no longer trade now, they went bankrupt) and J&J Motors in Cross Hands Llanelli (seemed OK but no more, they simply did the minimum required but failed to tell me over the phone that the front tyres were illegal, I was only told so when I went to collect the vehicle at 5pm, so had no time to replace the tyres on the day, surely they should have alerted me to the issue when they told me the vehicle was ready to be collected?)
Oh, LC Motors also hand-washed the vehicle, which was a nice touch, and the blokes on the service desk knew their Fiats inside out. Overall, very, very please, Francis and Carl deserve full marks :worship::worship::worship:
It was well worth the 100-odd mile roundtrip to have my GP serviced there, very highly recommended.
