you say stripped... im in need of the rear seats of the Mk2 turbo.
i have one guy who says i can have his and collect tomorow(friday) but he hasn't replied yet.
so if he pulls out, just wondering if you have them?

cheers
Dale

Yes - I was after the black furry type with the red FIAT logos...

They tend to tear apart at the back edge - the material just pulls out of the hot-stamped vinyl :(

I still wonder what will happen when these cars reach vintage status (i.e. another 20+ years) and get restored/re-trimmed - just how will the trade cope with those 80's materials like the headlining and the door cards...!

Don't forget to remove small stuff like the boot catch and hinges. people fitting a MK1 tailgate on a MK2 often don't realise they need these bits too. may as well keep boot relies cable and handle.

same for the L brackets that hold the wishbones / anti role bar in, they are exclusive to the Turbo and Diesel. keep the antirole bar too as it will sell.

Fuel pump / ecus afm keep it all (y). you should only let the bare shell go if you can..

bit like this:eek:

Cheers

Louie, you're using a sub as axle stands????!!!!

Best use for them (y) LOL

My Uno no longer has its sub. So, I have a specially-made 10" subwoofer enclosure left over, that fits perfectly into the Uno spare wheel well. I guess I should advertise it in Classifieds some time

I guess you could say I've grown out of having a subwoofer :D
