Technical Lambda sensor for Panda

I need to get the correct Lambda sensor for my panda.
It is a 1993 1000 ie engine. Fiat can't get hold of them. I bought one from GSF parts on ebay and they sent the wrong one, so I sent it back and they said they can't get hold of the part for me.
The one I have fitted is a 4 wire one but the previous owner looks as though he's cut one of the wires so it does nothing. I'm guessing this is the wrong sensor, so I want to replace it with the correct one.
Anyone know where I can get one for a decent price?

How many connected behind the drivers headlamp are there for the lambda? One or two? I suspect it should be 2, so a 4 wire lambda required (3 plugs in total as one is for crank position sensor iirc).

There are two plugs. One has one wire connected and the other has two wires
